Proxy website/program that bypasses IP bans?

i'm going to do something on a site that I visit that will get me IP banned without a doubt. I want to do this through a proxy so when I get banned, i can go back to the site and re-register and do it again.

i thought proxies made you anonymous or w/e, but last time I did this thru a proxy i got IP banned on my real IP so i couldn't go to the website, with or without a proxy (it makes me wonder if the proxy even worked).

also are you safer (aka more "anonymous" and hard to trace) if you use multiple proxies? meaning, i connect to a proxy through a proxy through a proxy, etc.

Maybe you didn't configure the proxy correctly. Make sure you tested it on http://www.whatismyip.com or 2
You were using a transparent proxy which some php script will still be able to view your real IP

You are more safer if you use multiple proxies.

Okay thanks. If i use a proxy, should the proxy on the website be the IP of the proxy that I'm connecting to (like if my real IP's 111.111.1.1, would it appear as 222.222.2.2 on the website if that was the proxy IP?)

how can I tell if a proxy is transparent or not? And whats a good proxy that I can use?

Yes it will show the proxy ip in place of your real ip.

Those Proxies are free so other people "Blackhats" will use them for spreading there malware and hide them IPS the admin will ban the IP but the IP is an proxy so the Malware spreader will be able to rejoin with another IP everytime. and if anyone els use this you won't be able to register on the site/forum.
