Rooting requires atleast 1 login inwhich you can write to a file, Thus creating the w/e.pl/.c then you:
gcc perl.c (Exploit) -o

or some shit then you can locally get the Root via the local root exploit. then you have root.. then you:

something.pl -d /public_html/ -f index. -n /temp/index.html (Mass deface)

Then your good :D
