Ok so i'm not a weeb i promise, but would definitely pick Japan. Out of the few countries i've been to, Japan had by far the nicest people all around. Everybody actually cares about treating you right and doing the right thing. It's not like in america or europe where you'll get a lot of people who are just downright rude. Very nice people over there.
