alright i sent the file, they opened, i got their ip, but when i press connect it just says connecting then disconnects?

Yeah, my no-ip account was definitely updated with the right i.p address (mine) as poison ivy was able to connect with it.

hello guys, i have some problem when connecting to others ip, i tried to connect to their external ip address then it is now connecting but suddenly it became disconnected i don't know whats the problem, i already followed the steps clearly and i already run no-ip DUC before connecting, also when i tried to connect to myself i can using the ip 127.0.0.1 but when i use other ip i cant😯
edit:
i forgot to tell that about port forwarding cause i have 10.xxx.xxx.xxx ip so i have router but when i type in 192.168.1.1 i can't see any port and ip and Connection Interrupted i tried that many times but no luck
