Enter the folder where you have the program.
Program -> Config-> config.json (Edit file).

Find the line "DefaultLatitude" and add your latitude and longitude just below.
You can get the coordinates you look here ( gps - coordinates . net)

Example:

I'm getting the same error and this didn't fix it.
