When I try to run istealer I get the error
"windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the permissions to access the item"
I'm on vista 64-bit and tried running the file as administrator but still no luck

turn off your antivirus before extracting the file!!!!!! cause it will detected as trojan or virus, cause its hacking lol :P

Antivirus is turned off along with browser scanning. Still get the same thing.

Yes its a virus obviously because its a stealer and every av will detect it. Just disable your antivirus.
