  • Long exaggerated ESSAY of why I should upgrade you: I feel I am a great candidate to be upgraded because I thoroughly enjoy my time here on Hack Forums. I do my best to keep everything positive, this includes my attitude and the attitudes of others. I try and hope to stay on the good side of all the members. One reason I feel you should upgrade me is because unfortunately I am unable to make the means necessary to buy the upgrade myself. Now, I know what you are thinking, he's probably just saying that to win me over. Truth is, I am not, I won a contest similar to this held by the user Kamarov ,(he may have changed his name now), and that is how I was upgraded to L33T. The reason I cannot make the means to get upgraded to Ub3r is because my parents recently split up, my dad only gives my mother child support and nothing more. This child support only covers the tuition of my school. My mother only makes enough to pay for our house and basic necessities. Don't believe me? I am currently accessing this website on a Windows XP lap top that doesn't even have enough memory to download and play Maple Story. This upgrade would mean the world to me. It would encourage me to continue doing my best to help the community of Hack Forums in a way that may not seem evident. However, this is because I feel the people that link all their 10k giveaways on this thread are really not contributing to what actually matters. They are giving away stuff not helping others.

  • Long exaggerated ESSAY of why I should upgrade you: Why should you upgrade me? Well, I feel like even though I'm new to the site(based on activity) My knowledge of forums helps me on my way. I haven't broke any rules and don't plan to, I reply to threads only when I feel is necessary; Post count is a mere number to me... I never post LQ posts (to my knowledge).

    There's probably plenty of members that deserve to be upgraded over me, which is fine :) I wouldn't expect to be upgraded via entering a contest/giveaway. I can live with that; I'll just continue to do my thing without a badge and a colored name.

    Maybe not the essay you were looking for, but oh well.

This is awsome of you to do X. I like the upgrade contests because it actualy gives you the oppertunity to pick a HQ deserving member instead of some random annoying kid winning it in a "pick a number" upgrade contest.

I came to HF just a couple of moths ago and i have seriously became addicted by trying to do my best to do HQ posts and try my best to Respect other members including staff and higher Ranks. These past weeks have been amazing as the beautiful Bugga (UBER MEMBER) Upgraded me to L33t and i was really happy as she said that i was a HQ person and was respectful ( not to float my boat). I also do believe that i can do more for the community by giving more of my time to HF by posting TUT's ,Helping people with their Tech Problems ( i would love to be a TechSpert) and other things as well. I might have a LQ post warning , But that was because when i first came here and i didn't know the rules so well and all so please dont think i am bad because of that. Ask and look in my profile threads and see the reactions by people. And most Importantly I have been excepted by Omni. I hope that sums up How much i love HF. I come to HF to talk to friends and get along to make more friends. I love It. I spend all night On HF just to make good Tuts for other people to enjoy.
