12. YOU SHOULD NOW TO ABLE TO CONNECT TO YOUR SERVER, IF NOT POST YOUR QUESTION.
ya...well there's the one problem i ran into
sub7 has this as the destination 24.187.119.140 and this 27374 as the port
when i try to connect it just tries and tries and eventually says disconnected. I even have the port forwarded and it still won't work...along with 6667 forwarded
and when i ping my ip under the ip button in sub7 it says
sending 56 bytes to xxx.xxx.xxx.xx...
received 56 bytes from xxx.xxx.xxx.xx in 16 msecs
so i'm confused, and help is greatly appreciated :)
I am using the apple timecapsule 500gb if that makes a difference and uhh yep... so my question is why am i not able to connect to my server?

When you set up sub7, make sure it is set to connect to your private server, and on the proper port.
Post again if it didnt help.

dang... i set my destination as jkdizzle.no-ip.biz which is my irc server and port 6667 ....now i think it's the right port but it keep saying looking for sub7 server and won't stop....i don't know why this is?

Everytime i try to connect to my server it says "unable to connect to server." I portforwarded everything i dont know what is wrong. Someone help?

ok first ty for the tut very helpful :)
im having a problem connectin to the server though through mirc in step 9. I can connect to other servers and channels thru the same port...just not to the server I made at no-ip.com It says its up and running and everything else is a go... any ideas?
