not many at all, but before when i used to be active in the market i wouldnt accept services from anyone with less than 50 posts. or multiple reps.

I use to do it every 3 or 4 trades as I got a lot of shady people trying to deal with me.

perhaps,in a way we should have dealings with only those people who have some stake at hf,like hf leet/ub3r,that may help us all in the long run?

Usergroups/posts/rep mean nothing when doing deals. Vaqxine was staff and scammed, Daniel was l33t with 40 rep and scammed etc.

There are scammers in both 1337/ub3r.So just common sence is the trick.

If there's a post limit, then scammers and spammers will create useless posts and threads to reach the limit and thereby reduce the quality of the site and it's postings. Impractical idea.
