Thats because most of them are made in vb6, for a faster and better booter you need one thats coded in autoit or c++ for exmple.

It might do if there useing an old computer or older versions of msn.
Otherwise all its going do is lag there comp real hard. If they sit back
for a few mins then eveything will return to nomaly, giving ur victim
time to block you.
What we really need to boot someone is an booter that opens all the
victims chat windows all at once. (Think thats how yahoo booters work) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FY68-WqRVg something like
