Oh god, remove metascan-online from the list of non distributing sample scanners. They do redistribute them.
Also there is absolutely no proof that Dropbox scans or distributes the files, thats just a rumor.

I mean, why take the chance on rumored websites. If their is a rumor, and you have heard it more than once, doesnt mean its true, but why upload your virus there? Just go with sites that have never even been rumored (As far as I know) to distribute samples.

Dropbox does distribute, do a little research bro.

Also I read the the TOS of dropbox, you might be right about them not distributing, but I have heard from too many people that they distribute, so why take the chance? as if it even matters.
