The Reason why you dont see much XSS challenges anymore is, that to easy challenges like putting <script>alert(1)</script> in a search box are just shit, and no challenges at all... Challenges like the ones i'm talking off will get deleted....
Haven't tested it, but i hope your's is atleast not one of theese 🤝
EDIT: Took it right after my first posting here - a thirty seconds later i found it - this no challenge at all...!
It's a nice intention to share with other people, but please post no "Low hanging Fruits" in future anymore or post them in the beginners hacking section.
