They need to get beat up to the point they cannot walk anymore. I think they should lose the privilege of walking and chewing. That way when their parents have to feed them pre blended food down their throat. They will remember their mistakes for the rest of their life.

Part of the problem is that people are dehumanised so that nobody cares about them, then you get some people (these criminals) who have dehumanised others (the homeless guy) to the point where they are garbage to be used for their own sick entertainment or pleasure.
