It could be because of paths to files. Try using "Static" paths, for example: "http://domain.com/flash_update/filename.ext". U need to replace the paths in either the index.html, or the sample code which handles the popup, according to which way u use.

Yeah this looks really great. But can I implement my JDB in these templates? As, this one won't automatically execute the file.

In case if you did not know, JDBs are not working anymore for a long time. Well it works for ONLY very old JavaVersions, but the infection rate is very very low, so it can be declared as well as dead.
I was originaly using my websites as JDB, but when it died, i switched to this method.
