That's exactly why I'm not a fan of Cloud-based antivirus programs.

Just give it time. SecaaS is a very recent concept and hence not perfect right now even if its performing really good. I'm sure that in a few years it will have a good portion of the Antivirus protection market.

Especially with everything else using the cloud including storage, markets will be expanding to provide mobile protection using aircards. It'd be a great idea for laptops, not too sure about tablets since most mobile malware is quite rare, but exists.

Microsoft Surface Pro series, runs Windows RT to Windows 8.1 therefore can be infected by all the common Windows malwares
Android malwares are discovered every day
There's been a recent Ransomware on iOS (not even a month ago)
>Mobile malware is quite rare
Yeah, so rare.

Yeah, so rare.

Hence, why I put not to sure. I don't do mobile, nor do I keep track of mobile malware. It is all a complete joke since it is so easy to avoid any mobile malware. Let me reiterate, complete joke.

And this is why I use an iPhone. Forget Android. iPhone viruses... not really existent, close to 0.01%, and that is for jailbroken iPhones - which I do so conveniently have. But no, I am not so invested into mobile malware, yet.

It's better than having to worry about malware on my phone. One less needless worry. Also, I wouldn't dare use Google as a phone so they can now my every move. Then Microsoft's mobile is a joke. There isn't one company that is going to suite my every need. You've got to be kidding me. No, I don't like Apple. I like their product. It beats the mobile market, but since Android's gotten cheaper, well, you know how humans are.

That's a stupid ass reason.
Looks like you know how not to get a malware on Windows but don't know how not to get one on a smartphone ? Please. And yes there's many malwares for iOS actually and most of them are Ransomwares, the worst.

I have yet to hear about a person affected by ransomware on an iPhone. This does not affect me in any way. And full restore too, and if you normally backed up the phone, there is no excuse to be fine.

Why did he get exiled? Looking into his account, can't see anything that would get him banned.
