Years ago, grabbing e-mails from web pages using a script was fairly easy and because the spam filters were not as advanced as they are today, it was effective. Nowadays - e-mail services have much better filtering to help keep the spam out. However, if you do it right - it can end up in the inbox. Good luck though with your attempt.

Purchase email lists, harvest emails, from user databases, etc.
Spamming isn't very effective anymore. You won't be making $1k/day.
