I used a VPN and they told be to write the form still so if he has a different method that would be nice.

Simply clearly is an advanced social engineer like I am and has been doing it for awhile, he obviously got around the email form by going to another section of the live chat I assume, ask him if you want because he took a screenshot of the confirmation your supposed to get when it works.

Havn't done it in awhile I usually just request removal and they do it no questions asked.
