I'm not understanding what a 'standard application' is. What programming language is it? I have visual studio 2010, but still unsure of which I need to make. Just a basic VB windows application? I uploaded your shell to a free php hosting site too, just to test this out.

Hey, i'm not sure, but my shell is ending up like this for some reason. I uploaded it to a site that supports PHP hosting, but i'm still having problems.

Try CHMODDING the file to 777

I had tried that before, and the code was still all scrambled. I got a new shell from a friend, that I've been learning off of. This one works successfully, but its only 33k packets a second.. Which didn't seem to be doing any damage to my friend I was testing it on.
