I don't mean to be rude but this is awefully weird. You're saying you contacted the guy who did the PS for the original Predator Pain and he gave you the recolored image with your product name, but then neither of you decided to keep the graphic consistency and changed the buttons, textboxes, or checkboxes?
And the image in question, why are the borders blacked out? Is it just artistic license? I would hope not because it conflicts with the rest of the thread design.
On the point of the source, I cannot claim anythibg since I do not have a access to the program or its source. However, I still stand by my assertion that this is really sketchy.
Edit: I'm not asking for it. I'm just stating I can only comment my suspicions. I have no solid proof.

Build a binary and upload it for us to check, if it is custom-made as you claim, we should not be able to find any similarities.
I know that someone in fact leaked the Predator Pain Source in question on another forum, including the complete project, so...
