Becuse if he he completly new to coding its easy to start with batch.

either you failed to read, you don't know what ring 0 is or you're retarded, I can't tell which. On a side note, did you actually just say that about grabbing chromes ssl? Look up legendaryclient and pvpnetconnect, it's exactly what I did for grabbing league of legends stream, you are clueless, stop trying to inform other members because you are WRONG. You have no idea what you're talking about and are just spewing idiocy.

You will give up on learning the language well before you starting creating this sort of thing. Pick a language you like and play around with it. Programming isn't just about creating Malware.

Ideally, you would want to learn C# or VB.NET - you don't need to learn a native language.

I know a good bit about batch and I'm ready to move on to a better langauge. I'm leaning toward C++ but I'm still nto 100% sure.

There is no best languange... Every language has its own positve as well as negative aspects. When you write some webapps then learn JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS otherwise languages like C#, C++ or Delphi

There is no best language but to start and understand the basics of programming I would suggest to start with python as it easy to understand and grasp due to its simplistic syntax and wonderful community out there.
