OK so what booted are you using I presume you found it through Google searching booted and your using rage booter. I would recommend checker the IP address you resolved if they have a domain as some domains forward it to a server then to the mc server to stop ddos protection if that is the case then try to get a sort of hacked client that will display the IP address and for servers like that use ssyn and port 25565 but if he is using a shit host use port 80 as you may just be able to take the host down
With vdos I'm not sure tell me if I'm wrong use essyn

A guy (mrfong) got the server offline with port 25565 with the same booter offline in 10 seconds but I don't know what method he used ._.

Most Minecraft servers these days have basic L4 DDoS protection of some variation.
You very likely will not be able to effect them with something as weak as a stresser.
You will need dedicated power from a vendor (like myself) or from your own botnet or many attack servers.
In short, you ain't got the power brosiff.

Try and exploit a couple shells then ping the minecraft dns/ip. and boot the ip you have received the packets from.

Your booter might suck. (Use hornystress or another booter found on this forum)
Are you sure your hitting port 80?
Use SSDP.

Op, if you were still wondering I'd use SSDP.
If you've got a decent stresser they should include an "OVH" method, since most MC servers are hosted off OVH.

Well even a shit ddos protection can still do some thing to keep it up you may not be hitting it hard enough and do not just assume ever server runs on 25565 as that is the normal port for minecraft most hosts if not all hosts do not give them that port unless they pay for it as domains work better with it. so I would always aim for 80-53 first as a server is a server and inbound and outbound connects normally run though 80-53
