Well, the method don't work on my country. Pm'd the seller and he ignores my messages.
User won't not refund and I asked him if it won't work he will refund and he agreed, going to open scam report if you don't reply at least my last pm.

This only works for 1 address, and it is a gift card so no ATM use, only in store purchases or online.
