its failing to download and chmod the hydra ARM binary file..
Its uses curl to download the binary file
For some super odd reason your phone doesnt have curl installed and it should.. curl is a default binary for just about every android I have ever seen..
Mind me asking what type of android device you are on ?..
And to fix this you have to install curl binary on your device then it will work.

I am using this phone as secondary its fake note 4 (Chinese phone)
I can't use that on iPhone which is my primary phone

You must first have root on the device..
Then you can use this app here,
http://www.apkpure.com/curl/io.github.faywong.curl
Install to /system/bin or /system/xbin
And then un-install the hydra app and re-install once you installed curl using the above app, And everything should work.
You could also try installing a older version of terminal emulator app then install this plugin I made for it here
http://droid-hacks.com/hydra/Hydra-Term-Plugin.apk
This wont require root on the device.. But it might require you have the right version of terminal emualtor.

Yes its legit, But Zanti for android is just a tool to exploit your local network with arp spoofing and dns spoofing methods... Even then Zanti isnt the best android app for this, In this case Intercepter-NG is the best android app to exploit the local network..
Hydra is just for bruteforcing logins for a certain protcol like ftp,rdp,vnc,ssh,http,http,ect++
