Ok this kid above me talking about use a rat thats not going to fucking work. Now dude if you want to go to jail... cool follow this. First instead of coming on here and going everyone send me a tool called "hack123.exe" and do what ever the fuck i want. First we would need actual info on this pc, how does the universitys network actually fucking work??? Is there a server you run to log on from, what programs can you use.

I wouldn't mess with universities if i was you, They are affiliated with the government some how, You'll get the feds at your door.
Regardless of what country you're in, Not worth the mess.
