I think they aren't FUD anymore, I didn't checked them to see if they have the same features or more.

What it does?
You build with it a downloader, that downloads your RAT or anything put in the textbox silently and then run it.
This is useful is your RAT is java so it will download that jar file and run it, if you rat has a big size, if you want to download something with the rat...
