Seems I forgot to add the minimum version of PHP required for the panel but it doesn't use any new feature of PHP.

When I run the stub in the client side I see communication from him to server but I can't see the client on the bot panel...
Is this a known problem?

Note that I have not tested it on Windows 10 but I cannot imagine why it would not. Did you test it on Windows 10?

Your panel looks like it's based off the panel from _Stoner's bot (Athena)
