Rep kills sound really harsh to.
I think we should call it: Rep remove. It is a simple name and it speaks for itself.
When an new member joins the forums and he/she hears the word: "Rep kill", he/she wouldn't know what it means.
I think we should really call it Rep Remove, it sounds more professional. And we could refer to it as RR's.
