Great idea, the inconvenience is worth the reduced risk of being scammed by some trashy ub3r who decided to sell his account to someone who sells phone cases in the mall

Was this why it logged me off?

I didn't change IPs, but HF never logs me off.

Virgin Media has basically stuck my IP for a few years so I won't experience this fortunately.

I'd personally advise against doing that, if someone installs the correct virus/malware to your device they can just download all your passwords from your browser. If you're like me with a random long password, write it down on paper.

Welp this just affected me. I'm gonna be fucked because I browse at school and at home.... Shitt..

It is nice option to make HF more secure.

This is really good, but I had to change my password because I forgot mine an I had it where it stayed logged in for months lol

I personally advise against that, if someone with the correct lockpick/crowbar uses it on your door they can just walk in and grab the paper. If your like me with a random long password, use your brain to remember it. Safest place to be.

But macs can get infected too....just not so often or so easy. I have one right now with reported malware. Scheduled to work on it Monday. Everything is hackable.

But the feds can torture you for that information.

Forget your password and reset it and change it whenever you need to login again.

As a person with multiple devices this is really infuriating. I see why it is in place but it should be optional and enabled by default instead of mandatory.
