I'll tell you this its because sometimes PayPal fucks you over or just does annoying shit. Example; two year ago someone sent me $60 and then they charged back and PayPal issued them a refund yet I provided the online service. That doesn't seem that bad right, then they charged me $20 fee for refunding them dude, then because I called them and complained a few days later my account "randomly" just got limited.

Put your real information and you're fine, people always expect "Rosa Marie" with a fake address and burner number to not get limited eventually.
