Yes, partially keep in mind I am under 18 so I can't deposit asap as it will be really suspicious hence why I am depositing other my parents acc.

How could you invest in the real estate market if you're under 18 years old? You're lying.
So you're telling me you won't deposit your checks because it'll seem suspicious? Doesn't matter. As long as you're getting the money legally you shouldn't have to worry about how much you're depositing.
