This thread isn't specifically about spiting the overall quality of the product (which in this case is questionable). This is about going against the fanboyism that surrounds such a company. If you don't stay competitive in such an easily manipulated market, that's how you get chumped.
Take a look at this for example:

Notice that the header for each of these says "Best" while the statistic says "Most used". 🤦♂ These two only have a minor correlation.
You could relate this to iPhone vs any Android device. There are those who swear by iPhone because it's an Apple product, and that's the issue at hand.
At the end of the day, every company has their faults and it's about choosing the best bang for your buck.

I have a razer naga I'd just say it's meh it has been buggy lately. I also have a razer keyboard it's not the best and for the headset no real complaints really it's been through a lot of drops and stuff very sturdy.

Yes it might be but compare it to a Logitech G502 or SteelSeries Rival 300 and it becomes obsolete.

I'm using the MX Master and it's incredible for its price. I made the mistake of buying a Razer keyboard and it definitely wasn't worth it.

Because Razer's marketing is amazing & marketing is all that matters to 12 year olds with mommy's credit cards. Why lookup what a product does when a pro streamer has a Razer sticker.
So then they buy Chinese knockoff switches and think they are cool.
Same reason why the Nvidia GTX 960 outsold the 380 & the GTX 970 outsold the 390.
