They do spawn, my friend caught a 345 one.
The areas for the spawn are just kinda stupid tbh. I caught a 36 venasaur, i'm pissed.

I've seen a few Charmanders, caught one too. They're just rare, and not something you will often find in the wild.

Maybe the highest objectives is to eh...
get a legendary pokemon (mewtwo/mew if it exists)
and evolve charmander/squirtle all the way to the last stage? (charizard/blastoise)

I actually do believe that the ultimate goal is to win the world tournaments when they release them so you can know you're the ultimate pokemon master.

I go to school in Central New York, I live in southern New York (not New York City, an hour North of there), and I'm interning in New England. So I get a good mix of Pokemon.

Right. Personally im 18 turning 19 in a couple months. I'd be down if it wasn't all 16y/os unless they were actually cool.

Nice, I live in Vancouver, well a city 20-25 minutes away from Vancouver. I go downtown VanC whenever I get the chance. Its pretty lit over there.
