I'm getting something like a soft ban, but bypass doesnt work. Havent tried catching pokemon yet but i can login in to the game successfully :/

Waited over 10 hours now since logging in, used different IP's and haven't botted in past 2 weeks. Still getting the message saying failed to get data from server, Guessing it's a perma ban then?

Ok so i just did a little bit of research and asked some players that were complaining about the error message on twitter on their screen and i asked if they cheated and none of them said no or could be lying, So idk whats going could be servers or ban we'll have to see later on.
I'm trying to figure out at what exact time people started reporting this yesterday i know it was after 6PM EST.

Seems as if a lot of people are confirming the "failed to retrieve server data" as an actual ban. My account is still saying this, hoping its not a ban though...
