He's constantly throwing BTC away on BustaBit, even as we speak. But he can't finish a simple exchange. It literally takes 2 minutes.

I had a PP problem sending to OP on the day I wanted to return the BTC to him then he never came on all day and the next day I went away thats all.

It'd be nice if he'd just withdraw from his gambling accounts to repay you, as this could all be done in the next 20 minutes. But that'd mean he has to stop gambling with other people's money. Unfortunately that is something he can not stop doing.
