In this circumstance it's in relation to car power. When cars are dyno tuned it tests how much horsepower and Nm of torque the car has. So the userbar needs to be something car related.

I've got a pretty good idea if anyone needs a suggestion:
2 Break or headlights on both sides of the userbar and a licence plate in the middle with torque on it.
