Personally I wouldnt pay anything just cause I know how to make something like this, you have a really nice GUI though, maybe make a turbo? or find away to make it not be limited too 100 times per hour

We have a Twitter turbo. The limit is because of the Twitter api. Only way around it would be to ask the user to import a few accounts and some private proxies. I will see what I can come up with.
