I think the idea behind the refunds point would be that since everyone will make money you would never have to give a refund. That said you should offer a refund option so people feel safer about buying this. That said, you should also show your payment proofs.

I do not guarantee you'll make $1,000's a week and lie to you. I advertise you will make $20-$30 a day and it's true. Over a span of a week you WILL make $100-$200. The ebook is $10 and it works so I say that is reasonable. Just give me a PM to buy the ebook!
