Im going to preface this saying that i feel that headers and dividers should not be add to chances of acceptance, and that applications should be accepted on the actual application, and not the looks of it. I am not putting Influence's header or a divider for these reasons.

Describe your personality:

I feel that I am outgoing, funny, social, intelligent, trustworthy, and charitable.

I know anyone can can make a list of their personality, but I feel I truly fit all of these attributes. For me, I find it hard to brag about myself or sometimes undervalue myself (which puts humble onto this list as well), but my friends (me included) are total jokesters. We take very little to heart and can always have a good time. I feel that I have a major part to do with it, as my friends and I are always laughing. While on the topic of friends, I am able to make new friends very quickly, as I have a natural ability to find something in common with someone and use that to get closer to them, as I have been in the same position that the kid in the back of the class who never talks was in. I used to be so shy when I was younger to the point that I would start sweating when attendance was called. I would lock myself in my room and play video games, and talk to virtual friends. However, I realized that in life that is not the way to live. It is to be in real life and to have a good time, so I started to fake confidence and the ability to be outgoing, and now it is my first nature to do so. With being outgoing and funny, the social part comes naturally as well. As for the trustworthiness, I have a job that I do out of someone's home (I'm going to be a senior in high school), and get called in at random times, and can always do the work I am needed to do. My high school soccer team as well as my travel team both rely on my as I am a defender, and the last line before a goal is scored, so I feel that I can be trusted by many.

The charitable part is why I feel that I will truly fit into Influence. Where I live, I have volunteered both in my community and communities around me. I have been volunteer coaching the under-privileged for about 3 years now. I have volunteered and helped organize numerous food drives, veteran charities. I have also helped raise money for breast cancer patients who cannot afford a treatment, as well as cancer research. I feel that the amount of time I have put into volunteering will help immensely in making HF better for new users, as well as old ones too!



What things did you do or wish to do to influence HF:

I feel that I have not contributed much on a big scale. I don't have any sticky threads, I don't have any big topics that have helped many people, but I have helped in replies as much as I can for anyone who requests assistance. I have helped many members in in PM's for what they need and try and go out of my way to help in any way I can. However, with like-minded individuals trying to achieve the same goal, I feel that Influence (hopefully with me in it) can actually help the forums on a big scale.



Possible ideas you might have to contribute to HF:

As of right now, I feel that the biggest challenge is including the "nobodies" into conversations and treating them with respect. We could do this by potentially making it so they can leave not "neutrals" but a positive or negative on reps without making your actual number on your rep change. This could be available to members who have been on the forums for longer than a month and/or have positive rep. I know this is out of the group's area of what we can do, but I feel that if we show that we can actually help the members of the forum out, then we may be able to have some say in some decisions like this.

As for what we can do as a group? I feel that Helpdesks in every section we can will help better the forum. Having multiple members in each section that have an extended array of knowledge on the subject will be a great start to what Influence can offer.

How much time do you spend on HF weekly:

I have been spending around 20 hours minimum on HF for the past few weeks. I have been much more active than I have been previously.
