If you aren't planning on building some sort of computer to mine on it's own, I recommend NiceHash for the low $25 payout and program to switch algorithms for the most profitable. It's really a preference, but there are some performance boosts depending on the program (ethminer does a little better with nVidia GPUs than claymore, for example) * - FE4R3D - Jul 12, 2017 (Jul 12, 2017 10:47 AM)Ninetales. Alright I'll look into them, thank you! * - Gage8910 - Jul 12, 2017 I have a 6k+ budget for multiple rigs if possible, i just need a partlist like best mobo open air case and gpu that are in stock just to make the most money thanks for help * - webdev77 - Jul 12, 2017 (Jul 12, 2017 04:51 PM)Gage8910 Wrote: I have a 6k+ budget for multiple rigs if possible, i just need a partlist like best mobo open air case and gpu that are in stock just to make the most money thanks for help Build your own case. Mine cost $16 and can easily hold 8 GPUs, probably 10 if I actually tried. Plus I could have built it more modular to stack or add length if I wanted. It's very easy to do. * - The Illusionist - Jul 12, 2017 (Jul 12, 2017 04:51 PM)Gage8910 Wrote: I have a 6k+ budget for multiple rigs if possible, i just need a partlist like best mobo open air case and gpu that are in stock just to make the most money thanks for help Making them yourself is the cheapest option, what I did is buy a Mining Rig open case and then I just bought metal bars and plastic connectors and made replicas of that open case. * - webdev77 - Jul 13, 2017 (Jul 10, 2017 03:37 AM)The Illusionist Wrote: Private Message me your Skype, maybe we can hop on Teamviewer or w/e and I can check what's going on. I've read about ant miner S9s but they sound like a bad investment. I've sent you a Skype request the same day you PMed me your Skype for remote assistance. However, the Skype request still seems to be pending. * - poisson - Jul 14, 2017 (Jul 12, 2017 10:42 AM)FE4R3D Wrote: What miner is best for a GTX 1080? Is there an actual difference or is it more personal preference? There will be differences between every miner inherently depending on how efficient they've coded their kernel. There's at least a dozen different forks for ccminer, and in my experience, will vary depending on what algorithm you're using. In general, you'll want a miner compiled in CUDA 8.0 -- i.e. tpruvot, KlausT forks. If you don't want to mess with any of that, just use Claymore's miner. I don't recommend Minergate, Nicehash, or Genesis mining. KlausT's fork was more stable for me, but it's best to do your own testing. If you're mining any coins using Skien, CCminer alexis 1.0 is by far the best. * - webdev77 - Jul 14, 2017 (Jul 13, 2017 11:56 PM)The Illusionist Wrote: I've sent you a private message with some information 🤝 Replied back and checked my skype.
