We are sorry but we require 25 quality posts to send a PM. Any LQP (Low Quality Post) spamming will result in a closed account. If you upgrade to L33t membership this requirement is removed.

The post to pm rule isn't regarding the profile post requirement to send a PM, it refers to threads that require a user to post on the thread before receiving a PM with the free item.
