* - DeadKube - Aug 21, 2017 This is a request for hacking then. * - 0xDEAD10CC - Aug 21, 2017 @EngLen - Your description of what you want to do and your program idea makes no sense. * - Linus Torvalds - Aug 21, 2017 TcpClient is quite good for sending data although I was unable to send files over it, as that's not what you're trying to do it shouldn't be an issue. * - 0xDEAD10CC - Aug 21, 2017 (Aug 21, 2017 10:42 AM)Linus Torvalds Wrote: TcpClient is quite good for sending data although I was unable to send files over it, as that's not what you're trying to do it shouldn't be an issue. If you couldn't send files using that class then you were doing something wrong as it has plenty of the required functionality to do so. * - Trinity - Aug 21, 2017 (Aug 21, 2017 09:09 AM)0xDEAD10CC Wrote: @EngLen - Your description of what you want to do and your program idea makes no sense. why dosent it make sense? * - 0xDEAD10CC - Aug 21, 2017 (Aug 21, 2017 01:02 PM)EngLen Wrote: why dosent it make sense? >> A while back a fellow made a program for the chat, if you stand next to a guy or girl in the chat, you can whisper them, he found a way to whisper AS THEM from a distance, in the program. And that is the sort of things i wanna be able to do. You're talking about P2P client functionality vs exploiting a client-server implementation by the looks of it. I have no idea what you're trying to do with this. You're making no sense here.. * - Trinity - Aug 21, 2017 (Aug 21, 2017 01:58 PM)0xDEAD10CC Wrote: >> A while back a fellow made a program for the chat, if you stand next to a guy or girl in the chat, you can whisper them, he found a way to whisper AS THEM from a distance, in the program. And that is the sort of things i wanna be able to do. i might have been on the wrong track or understanded something wrong, but makeing a program that can do that whisper thing or more is what i want, i know nothing of this, i was mearly asking if it could be done, but perhaps i was asking the wrong question. Regards EngLenš¤ * - 0xDEAD10CC - Aug 21, 2017 That whisper thing you're talking about just shows how confused you are. That's not a P2P feature or socket feature, nobody knows what you're talking about. Therefore, nobody can tell you how or if it can be done... "whisper thing" ? * - DeadKube - Aug 21, 2017 (Aug 21, 2017 02:48 PM)Yani Wrote: Here's just a simple nope from me. You can give him tips all you want but OP doesn't know what he needs or wants from the looks of it. Maybe he should just ask the guy who wrote whatever it is he needs to give it to him or perhaps pay him for it because we can't help him.. |
