I think its unfair that he agreed upon the rate and is now changing the rate. I purposely agreed on the rate with him in advance due to the volatility that is bitcoin. Oh really ? You told me "Btc Sent" But i didn't received them instantly, so i told you this. https://gyazo.com/2dff0d0566a5f8f0a5434095b5e1b459?token=417484ef6d86546d4ac69e693f486225 Transaction id = Time when i got the bitcoin = https://gyazo.com/06a131c21c497e51f6521eef3eea4845 Amount is "$98.78" And i'll stick to my point. You're not eligible for the amount you've claimed. 😠 I don't care about $8-9, I can refund you the same amount i got in btc + i will cover fee also from my end. But i'll stick to my point. Secondly as you can see in the OP YOU AGREED UPON THE RATE. are you telling me if bitcoin doubled over night u would have sent me 212.08$? or wud u have said that no the rate we agreed upon means 106.04$? Funny how you change ur mind based on what gives u more money. WE AGREED ON A RATE BEFORE I SENT TO STOP THIS CONFUSION. yet you make it confusing. I dont want a refund in BTC after ive already lost 14$ in transaction fees. Either send me a full 0.00687904 BTC back. or pay me the 106.04$ USD PP that you owe me. you claim to not care about 8-9$ yet this dispute is still up im still not paid. and youre still arguing over it. You're calling the guy poor, yet you won't fork over the additional few dollars that he rightfully exchanged for. People always have trouble with your exchange service, and I'm not quite sure how you're still around. Give him the money that you both agreed on and stop being a stingy prick. I sent u the BTC on my end within minutes of agreeing upon rate and verifying your identity via PM. you are going against your word and the agreed upon rate. You don't know how HF marketplace works. ELI5 incoming! HoneySingh has a thread. In his exchange thread he can write whatever rules he wants for his currency exchanges and by accepting the deal with him you're automatically obliged to listen to his rules since he's reputable and you are not. Since you sent him the BTC within minutes and it was an delay on Coinbase's part, you'd expect the seller to do the right thing and give you your money on the agreed upon rate. I mean, it's not like you could predict what would happen. Any person that values their moral quality would do the right thing and give you your money. I mean, business can take a loss sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances. It's kinda the responsibility of the businessman to deal in good faith. However on HF, you have these experienced marketers that write their ToS to just basically justify themselves IN ANY SCENARIO, no matter whether it's your fault or not, voila, they don't have to give you anything since their ToS state that they don't have to! Then, they are ready to argue to the moon and back about how their ToS say this, basically a person that chose money over moral qualities. Kinda similar to a hooker. No offence intended, just a honest outlook on the marketplace. It's just how business works on here, and sadly you can do nothing about it other than be wiser next time. Sorry for your loss, however it's a $8 lesson. You can live without $8, consider it a $8 bargain, valuable experience about people nonetheless.
