What can you suggest for me ? I wanna setup a VPS Booter (Putty) but idk what VPS to buy im Currently using Digital ocean but i dont feel secure, what do you think ?

Bulletproof VPS is way better then shared hosting.

Digital Ocean would suspend your services for doing that, you need a Bulletproof VPS.
