Just because he doesn’t have chat logs doesn’t mean the offense shouldn’t be looked into, especially if the offender has previous deal disputes. It’s not right to take advantage of someone, and he should be punished if he has done so, but if the accuser is lying, then he should be the one who is punished.

What looking into is there to do? Either people believe him or dont. Also there won't be any punishment

Have forum experience before but not in this sector, learnt my lesson the hard way it's a scammers paradise that requests page, with a good few eggs nestled among the bad ones but it's the posters duty to check feedback before going ahead. Sometimes like me out of desperation it gets to you and the benefit of the doubt overtakes and then this happens!
