ASMR is a tingling sensation that can be felt which starts from back of your neck, travels across your scalp, and moves downward, following the line of your spine. Some people feel it in their shoulders, limbs, and lower back, too. You can experience ASMR getting a haircut, being treated by a doctor, watching someone paint skillfully, hearing someone whisper, or listening to crinkling sounds — the triggers are endless and vary from person to person.
Some people loves to watch those ASMR videos because they are really brought relaxing and joyful experiences as you may experience in the real world. As for me, I love to eat all delicious food. So when I watch people having the food I have never seen before, I will get enjoyable sensation. Below is one of those ASMR videos made by “Yuer ASMR” that makes me enjoy it.

yes I also watch it to make me relax and fall asleep. the video above are for tingling reaction, I enjoy most thing with roleplay haha 😉
