Smart move, the fact that it wasn't part of the l33t to ub3r (and later l33t to r00t) upgrade flow seemed to confuse a lot of newer members. I think there's enough excitement on the forum anyway that a lot of people will want to go all the way to r00t regardless

I guess it's a nice decision as it was a bit confusing to decide among them,
Though I was planning to arrange for 3pic, looks like I'll have to upgrade to l33t only 😟
So, will the price for l33t change ? I mean are you going to make it costlier or cheaper?

Good choice, all the different possibilities and especially the long feature lists probably confused some new members. This should be way easier if they only have one choice of upgrading.

He just said few posts earlier he's maybe going to make the available options more expensive.

It's likely going to remain at $25 for now.

Indeed. I noticed a lot of members confused about whether to choose L33T or 3P1C as their first upgrade, and then getting disappointed when they realize 3P1C didn't have all the features they were wanting after upgrading. This should make things much easier and less confusing. Plus 3P1C was kinda cheaply priced compared to the other upgrades when it was first released, so instead of saving up and getting L33T a lot of members were simply settling for 3P1C.
I support this decision for sure, it'll encourage members to be more active to qualify for R00T instead

More or less a good explanation why I have removed it. I'll spend some time next week moving the features of 3p1c around.

Was a good idea to buy it a few months back before the price increase.
I did so then, not sure if the price increase as happened though.
Good innovations, I agree with keeping things nice and clean- simple.

I just remember buying l33t then moving to ub3r so it wasn't really that complicated. If I were to do things now I'd pretty much be lost. Although it does explain on the upgrades page what features you get and what you don't get.
