so sad.. this guy has just SCAMMED me for $100 with BTC.
I asked him upfront if his servers are not blacklisted IPs and he said they're not.
I paid $100 for 3 months instead of $25 for 1 month and he still stole the whole $100.

I told him to just refund me $30 and take $70 for himself because i want one month of service only which cost $25
but he just ignore all my private messages for no reason and blocked me on Jabber.

please don't deal with this guy
he's a straight SCAMMER :(

So here is the completed story.
This kid want buy 2 VPN rotator for 2 PC.
he want buy for 3 month.
so i give price $100 for 3 month for 2 account.
but suddenly in chat he want to make the other static IP not an rotator. (Check screenshoot 2)
Okay so i said i don't have. but he insist. so i offer PIA. and he said OK.for the other 1. (Check screenshoot 2)
SO we deal, i give him VPN 1 rotator he test it. then he make payment.then i sent the PIA access.
So, i hv do all my jobs. i Give 1 VPN rotator & 1 PIA acc. And all account still work till now.
But suddenly after few hour he asking me to refund his money $50, with reason he want buy a crypter?lol wtf man.?!

after tht he even asking me favour to help him buy a crypter (check screenshot 3)
This kid has a lot problem with much seller here.

You can make excuses man..
if you can't refund only $30 of the $100 and give me your service for 1 month - then you SCAMMED me.

I only want 1 month service for $70 and it costs only $25.
you stole $100 from me man.. no way around it.

Also, you should be ashamed of yourself for blocking and ignoring a client who paid you $100.
