I saw the first like 4-5 episodes of Fairy Tale and it seemed too childish at first and also way to formulated. Like the special moves used the same 10 second intro that just got old after the third time seeing the move used. I felt like I was watching Power Rangers when they do the same dance every time they teamed up against the big bad guy at the end of every episode lol.

As for Bleach, I've seen the first 2 or 3 arcs and dropped it once I hit a filler arc. I'm thinking of picking the show back up and just skip the filler arc as I wasn't really caring for the lack of progression with the characters. One of the longest stretches of episodes I can remember that didn't include like any character building or main story progression...
