Hint for easy: The men are yakuza who failed their boss and were presented with an ultimatum; get a sex change to become idols, or have their organs harvested to recoup losses. It is a comedy genre TV series and is available on Netflix.
Hint for medium: The series has a school setting where the male protagonist receives a cube that takes on the form of a girl with blue hair. From there he has to protect himself as well as the girl by fighting against external forces who wish to take control of the girl themselves. It is a TV series.

Hard: Hm, this on is quite a hard one indeed. My best guess would have to be Arata naru Sekai: World's End though
