No, but I have been looking at listings and am expecting ppl to panic sell at lower prices. I probably will own a house by the time this corona virus stuff is over.

Nah , Crypto is great guy and he will be fine. He was bored and I remember on old glory days of HF. I was there also, been in your position Crypto as now, and started real business although offshore working on legit marketing to make more money that to give to the countries as tax :)
Whatever you will start you will not be the wrong man.
Better act than do nothing.

I just woke up and one of the first things I read in the morning is this one. Such an inspirational post, it really motivates me when I read of how much you achieve at what age. All I can say is that you are a smart man and know how to make money.

Thanks for everything you have done for this forum and all the best with your endeavors.
You have spoken really wisely for someone who is 25! You have also made way more than many could in life at that age. What's great is the willingness to share what you have built throughout the years with everyone. Can't imagine many would do that.
I'm have just started learning to code. I hope once I am a bit better at understanding how it all works that I can study you code a little more.
